My mission is to help you improve both your health and mentality to reach your goals in a balanced, safe and healthy way. I am here to challenge and show you what your body is capable of.
In terms of my philosophy, balance and moderation are key. I love all forms of exercise and all forms of wine. I don't discriminate. I don't believe in diets, quick fixes or 21 day challenges. I do believe in weekend pizza, substantial amounts of coffee and 20 minute naps.
My goal is to show you what your body CAN do, not necessarily focusing on what it looks like. Your body completely transforms when you have a baby, and you become the strongest, most incredible version of yourself. You become a superwoman, mama! Taking care of YOU is essential. Together, we can improve both your mentality AND your health.
