The Pole Chiro | Beginner Series Starts
The goal of this series is to get you confident with pole terminology and basic pole moves so you’ll be able to take additional classes like choreography or more advanced level classes at any studio in Austin.
These classes are in a setting that’s more intimate with less people so hopefully you feel more comfortable exploring different things and empowered in your body by using it in a way you might not have used it before.

The goal of this series is to get you confident with pole terminology and basic pole moves so you’ll be able to take additional classes like choreography or more advanced level classes at any studio in Austin.
These classes are in a setting that’s more intimate with less people so hopefully you feel more comfortable exploring different things and empowered in your body by using it in a way you might not have used it before.

This series is about honoring the changes that have happened in your body, and using them to your advantage. It's about feeling at home in your body and loving it for all that it's done for you and is still able to do.
A common thing we see when exercise programs are targeted towards postpartum women is "get your body back"- with all due respect, fuck that. You still have a body- and it's gone through the ultimate process of creating and giving life. WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU WANT TO GET RID OF THAT POWER?! This series is about honoring the changes that have happened in your body, and using them to your advantage. It's about feeling at home in your body and loving it for all that it's done for you and is still able to do.
Starting July 22nd
Duration: 6 Weeks — Every Friday 5:00 - 6:15 pm
